Job Description:

  • Licensed in NJ with experience on the buy and sell side

  • Can work remotely and/or in the office

  • Committed to working Full Time


  • Prospect for potential clients through various channels, including calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyze property values, market trends, and comparable sales in order to provide accurate pricing guidance to clients.

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, including property showings, negotiations, and preparing and reviewing contracts and other necessary documentation.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters to ensure informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.

  • Attend industry events, seminars, and training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.


  • Proficient in using real estate software, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
