He and his wife of ten years currently buy, hold, and flip Real Estate. Faiyaz Dossaji entered real estate with Keller Williams Connnected in 2015 after several years working in the DC area and overseas as a defense contractor for the U.S. military. After purchasing several investment properties in the Carolinas and even overseas, where he learned construction techniques and cost analysis of home remodeling, Faiyaz enjoyed 2.5 years of successfully operating as an individual agent, averaging 30-40 closed units annually. In January 2018, Faiyaz and his business partner, Mike Morrell, decided to take their experience, knowledge and desire to serve more clients and provide better customer service by creating Carolinas Dream Team (CDT) now known as Dream Team United (DTU) powered by PLACE. In its first year of existence the company closed 106 units for $33 million in volume and was the #3 producer in its market center with only 5 team members. In 2022, and in only its fifth year, DTU has 35 team members, two expansion locations in Greenville-Spartanburg, SC and Greensboro/Winston-Salem, NC, ranked #7 in all of the KW Carolinas Region and helped 325 families and closed $136 million million in volume. Mike and Faiyaz look forward to helping more families and building on a bedrock of exceptional client service. Faiyaz lives Fort Mill, SC, he’s an ardent supporter of his South Carolina Gamecocks and Syracuse Orange and loves international travel. Shelby Ryburn, Panelist

Shelby spent the first 5 years of her professional career in property management overseeing a portfolio of apartment complexes, single family, multi family, commercial and shopping center properties and co-managing the Modesto branch of a San Francisco based company by the age of 24. She then spent 7 years in corporate America with a Fortune 100 Financial Services firm as the Development Officer charged with the oversight of recruiting and sales training, an internship program that consistently ranked among America’s top 10, and the leadership development program in the company’s largest network office with 10 locations across two states. During her tenure as DO, the team was awarded #1 in recruiting among 300+ offices nationwide. Shelby entered the real estate industry in 2006 selling on a team in the Hollywood area of southern California, launched a coaching company in 2013 and took on the role of Team Leader of a brokerage in 2014 where the franchise recruited more than 400 associates and ranked in the top 10 in productivity and profit out of 800 franchises worldwide. After serving as the Regional Area Director with the Northern CA & HI region in 2019, Shelby returned to the genesis of her real estate career and partnered with Brian Martell and Ricky O’Neal to form The MORE Real Estate Group (Martell O’Neal Ryburn Experience) serving the greater Sacramento region.
