He will accomplish this through listening and having constant communication. Scott is a New Jersey native, raised in Springfield. He previously lived in Hoboken/Jersey City for five years before moving with his wife and three children to Livingston. He is an active member of the community and volunteers at his children’s schools. Scott is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
