Heather Caine entered the real estate market in 2004 with her husband by flipping homes in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. Caine grew up in a military family and learned how to apply discipline and core values to achieving her dream by opening her own broker firm in 2012. Heather has filmed 5 episodes with HGTV’s House Hunters and also served as a correspondent on FOX 4 Morning blend. She was recently challenged by Gary Keller, owner of Keller Williams, to build her styling and design company into a platform that could be shared with all KW agents. In 3 short months, she launched the community KW Style to Design, a nationwide staging and design platform to help other KW agents win listings and offer a service that no other real estate firm is offering.  Heather believes, “Having the ability to help a client style their home to sell or designing It to stay, elevates the Keller Williams agent above the competition.This is why I created this community.”  
In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her young family and husband, living an active lifestyle by exercising, cooking, going to church, and watching their 2 daughters in dance, gymnastics and golf while also volunteering at the local schools, charities and her charitable organization called “Let’s Get Moving”.

Faiyaz Dossaji, Panelist

Faiyaz Dossaji entered real estate with Keller Williams Connected in 2015 after several years working in the DC area and overseas as a defense contractor for the U.S. military. After purchasing several investment properties in the Carolinas and even overseas, where he learned construction techniques and cost analysis of home remodeling, Faiyaz enjoyed 2.5 years of successfully operating as an individual agent, averaging 30-40 closed units annually.
